Precision surface and profile grinding machine
The ACC 450-AV is Okamoto's smallest high-quality precision grinding machine for flat surfaces and profiles. To avoid effects of heat expansion and vibration, the hydraulic unit is isolated from the main unit. For the purpose of long lifetime and maintenance-free operation, oil lubrication with automatic lubrication is applied to the guide and slideway. Combination of both scraped V-V slideway and low-friction Turcite assures accurate grinding for life. All castings exhibit high static and dynamic stiffness and excellent damping qualities.
